ZWSOFT has announced the signature of a license agreement with Celeritive Technologies, Inc. (Celeritive), developers of VoluMill ™ and VoluTurn ™. Under the terms of the agreement, ZWSOFT will integrate Celeritive’s ultra-high-performance trajectory engine, VoluMill ™, into ZW3D, and offer VoluMill 2-3 axis applications as an option. This should enable users to considerably improve their milling performance, particularly in roughing.

Powered by VoluMill, ZW3D will provide total control of 2-3 axis roughing strategies to significantly increase milling roughing performance in all materials. As a result, users will enjoy considerably enhanced productivity.

What’s more, VoluMill for ZW3D can reduce the forces exerted on the spindle and cutting tool, allowing the machining equipment to be used safely at full capacity.
