Equipment sales prices are exclusive of tax. They may be revised without notice by GP Software. The buyer will be notified of any such revision as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
Invoices are payable net 30 days after the end of the month. For the first order, as well as for all orders over 2000\u20ac, a deposit of 30% is required with the order. By express agreement and unless GP SOFTWARE grants a deferment, failure to pay invoices on the due date will immediately and automatically entail, without any formality: – immediate payment of the sums owed, – payment of interest on the unpaid sums, payable day by day at the rate corresponding to one and a half times the legal interest rate.<\/p>\n
GP Software accepts no liability for accidents involving the machines.<\/p>\n
Delivered goods remain the property of GP SOFTWARE until full payment has been received. Therefore, in the event of seizure of the goods by third parties, the buyer is obliged to inform the seller immediately. Notwithstanding the present retention of title clause, the purchaser shall bear the risk in the event of loss or destruction of the product sold upon delivery. He will also bear the cost of insurance and hereby subrogates to the seller all his rights to any compensation that may be paid in the event of loss or theft of the goods sold and not yet paid for.<\/p>\n
Materials are available from stock. GP SOFTWARE cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery attributable to the carrier or any other fortuitous event.<\/p>\n
It is the responsibility of the purchaser who notices any deterioration in the packaging to immediately make the usual reservations with the carrier.<\/p>\n
If the equipment delivered by GP SOFTWARE does not meet the purchaser’s technical requirements, the purchaser may return it to GP SOFTWARE within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of issue of the delivery note. After this period, the unconditional return guarantee no longer applies. The purchaser must first request a return authorization number, which he or she must include on the returned parcel at his or her own expense. The buyer must give reasons in his return request for not meeting the customer’s technical requirements. Furthermore, only GP SOFTWARE’s experts are authorized to accept or refuse. Finally, the purchaser must return the equipment in its original, unmarked packaging (accompanied by the manuals, all accessories and a copy of the delivery note and return authorization). Failure to comply with this rule will result in a charge equal to 30% of the purchase price of the product, plus repair costs if the equipment is damaged.<\/p>\n
GP SOFTWARE is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of installation.<\/p>\n
